Privacy Policy

SpannerDEV pays attention on right to privacy of clients,so their personal data is not shareable and is secured with help of special technology. The only shared data is WWW address of sites for which we were making a service, and clients' opinions – only after permission.

GATHERED INFORMATION

SpannerDev gathers three kinds of information about the clients: IP addresses, Cookies and Personal Data.

IP ADDRESSES: It is a technical information, that Administrator gathers because of the contact that we have through the Internet. Thanks to gathering IP adresses we check the information about the places (not only Poland) from where the connection comes and we analize problems connected with working of the serves and this way we correct site's funcionality.

COOKIES: Cookies are a small amount of information that is written by the server on user's computer as a file, that can be read again withthe next connection to client's computer. This technology is used for alignment with the clients' individual needs. Similarly to IP address might be used for statistic aims. Their mechanism every moment might be turned off in the browser.

PERSONAL DATA: Caution connected with personal data refers to the the client who must be cautious while sharing data to other people and we secure them successfuly with special technology. This data is gathered on the server as a data base. Personal data safety is very important to us.

According to the Polish Act on Personal Data Protection from 29th August 1997 ( Dz.U. nr 133 poz. 883 with later changes) customer has the right to ask for his data details and the full right to correct, amend, update and remove them.

SpannerDEV reserves the full right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. The company is committed to placing them on a regular basis.
